  7. This is a 'no changes' port of the X11 game Xpilot:

  11.        XPilot is a multiplayer game which looks a bit like Thrust
  12.        for the Commodore 64.  Thrust has some similarities with
  13.        Atari's coin-up games Gravitar and Asteriods (not a mis-
  14.        spelling) - they were the originals.  Several clones have
  15.        appeared for various computers, among others Gravity Force
  16.        for the Commodore Amiga.

  18.        The main objective of the game varies as you can choose
  19.        different game modes, although the only modes supported as
  20.        of today are combat (optionally with teams and/or limited
  21.        lives) and race.  The former mode focuses more strongly on
  22.        shooting each other down, while the latter is more a
  23.        piloting test than anything else.

  25.        To start playing, you need to connect to a server by using
  26.        a client program called xpilot.

  29. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

  31. This is an online game meaning you'll need to have amitcp/miami or
  32. similiar tcp/ip protocols running in order for it to work.

  34. If you haven't a fast machine nor a fast internet connection you can
  35. improve the performance by opening a black and white screen and open
  36. the game on this. Some other tricks can be employed and are mentioned
  37. in the manual pages.
